At MARITIME ACOPAFI, every project is led by Project Managers with real experience in site work, fabrication, installation, engineering and shipyard coordination. We do not manage from a distance: we lead based on practical knowledge of what is installed, how it is installed, the sequence in which it must be executed and the interfaces that may compromise schedule, quality or cost.
Our Project Managers co-manage the work with ACOPAFI COPILOT, our proprietary artificial-intelligence tool for marine accommodation project management. This combines human site experience with enhanced analytical, control and anticipation capabilities.

Coordination, Monitoring and Control
Our Project Manager assumes overall coordination between the shipyard, surveyors, engineering, suppliers, installation teams and subcontractors. Their role is to ensure that every technical decision and each stage of progress are aligned with the contracted scope, the actual installation sequence, the owner’s requirements and the required quality standards.
We apply a management approach based on realistic planning, interface control, material tracking, document traceability and direct communication with all parties involved. This way of working reduces uncertainty, prevents rework and keeps the project under control even in complex environments, with multicultural teams and projects delivered in different countries.
Quality Through to Final Delivery
Quality is not limited to reviewing the final result. It is controlled throughout the entire process: from the initial technical review through execution, intermediate inspections, close-out of outstanding items and final delivery.
Our responsibility ends only when the work has been correctly executed, documented and accepted.
